3. Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Beauty And Beyond Group, Inc. operates a curated luxury fulfillment model. All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our warehouse facilities. Please review the following shipping and fulfillment disclosures carefully prior to placing your order:

• Standard Processing & Delivery: Standard orders are processed within our warehouse and may require 3 to 4 weeks for delivery from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe accounts for order processing, quality inspection, and carrier transit time.
• Pre-Order Products: Certain products within our collection are offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are clearly designated on the product page. For pre-order products, please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase for fulfillment and delivery.
• Split Shipments: If your order contains a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be fulfilled and delivered in separate packages at separate times. The in-stock portion of your order will be dispatched first, followed by your pre-order item(s) once they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
• Shipping Notifications: You will receive email confirmation and tracking information once each portion of your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping Address Integrity: Once an order has entered our processing queue, shipping addresses cannot be modified. Beauty And Beyond Group, Inc. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
• International & Extended Delivery: Delivery timeframes may be extended for international orders or during peak seasons. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
